Hi Guys!

Have you ever wondered what else you can do to improve your dancing?

Are you frustrated at not getting better, even though you are doing all that your teacher is telling you to do?

Are you keen to find out the secrets that girls all over the world are now using to become better dancers and avoid injury?

Well, you have come to the right place! Now I know there is a lot to read on this page, but I just wanted to fill you in on all the details about this fantastic new course. I want you to make an informed decision about whether this is the right thing for you or not.

Because this course is not right for everyone.

• If you already know absolutely everything there is to know about pointe then you probably don¡¦t need this course.

• If you have perfect control of each of your individual toes, never lose your balance in class, and can do 32 perfect Fouettˆms (in both directions), then you probably shouldn¡¦t buy it either.

However, if you are just starting out en pointe, get blisters, sore feet or wobble en pointe, or if you are a dance teacher who is keen to learn how best to help your students progress en pointe, then this is the course for you!

Even girls who have been en pointe for years and teachers who have danced in some of the top ballet companies in the world have been astounded at how much they have learnt about their own feet by working through this course. Many wished that it had been available when they were starting their career as it explains the reasons behind so many career ending injuries.

This course is absolutely unique in the way that it guides you step by step through assessing your own feet and helps you understand exactly why things happen in your feet the way they do.

It has four stages that assess the flexibility of your feet and ankles; the strength of all the little muscles in your feet; your turnout muscles; and your core strength and balance. Follow along in the manual as you listen to me explaining all of the details of each test and exercise!

This section includes tests and exercises to make sure that you can get your foot into the best position for pointe work. Some people will find this stage easy, others will find it harder. No matter where you start, the easy exercises and stretches will help you get a great looking pointe. This is obviously VERY important for getting onto pointe.
Here you learn all about the different muscles in your feet, and why it is important to get the right ones strong! Mastering the fine control of your toes helps prevent blisters on the toes, as well as overuse problems in the shins. This stage will transform how you work with your feet forever!
Getting onto pointe is not all about your feet! Find out how to find your true turnout muscles, and make them stronger, so that you don't start dancing in parallel once you are up en pointe!
Finding your balance off the barre, and strengthening you 'core muscles' is so important in keeping your body strong! A dancer can have fantastic feet, but unless she can hold it all together, she will not go very far!

You test yourself at the start of each of the 4 stages, and then learn a program of special exercises that really focus on waking up all of the important muscles. After doing all the exercises for two weeks, you can retest yourself, and if you can do them all fabulously, you can move onto the next stage.

It Is Really Important To Learn All This Before You Start En Pointe.
(Although it is better late than never!)
This is an excellent manual for both pre-pointe and advanced dancers. It is simple to use, and will be a great help to students who are serious about developing good pointe work. Lisa has written many helpful exercises, with clear photographs to demonstrate how to improve strength and prevent injury. This manual would also be very useful for teachers, and particularly student teachers, who want to learn how to safely prepare their pupils for pointe work.

Dear Lisa,

I want to thank-you for your brilliant pointe work book which I bought recently. I stumbled onto it while searching Google images for pointe shoes to use in a newsletter for my students. Your book has become my pointe work 'bible' and I'm planning to use it as the source for a pre-pointe class for students who are approaching pointe work.

Thanks again,
Kathleen S

The Perfect Pointe Book fills a wide gap in the education of ballet students in many countries. Lisa Howell is well qualified to answer all the "questions you have always wanted to ask" about pointe work and gives generously of her knowledge in terms which everyone (teachers, students and parents) can understand. The best thing about this book is that shows the student how best to prepare for pointe work and how to improve and maintain their strength for further training. This book can be highly recommended as a tool for teachers as well as students of classical ballet.

A lot of girls (and their parents) are understandably scared of what pointe work will do to their feet, and are worried about it being painful. In the past, with badly fitting shoes and often poor strength in the feet, many dancers did get terrible pain and had problems with their feet.

But this is not the case anymore!

This fantastic program teaches you how to strengthen your feet and body in the shortest space of time. Now that pointe shoes are available in so many different fittings, if your feet are very strong, and the shoes fit well, it is quite possible to dance with little or no pain at all! If you start off knowing what to feel, and how to get the most out of your shoe, you can have a long and happy career dancing on your toes.

In the past, this kind of specific strength only came with years of training, and learning it all the hard way. Thanks to my years of experience in working with dancers and seeing what makes the fastest improvements, this program is now available for you to take advantage of! After years of working with dancers, personally and as a therapist, and constantly seeing the same problems en pointe, I simply had to find a way to teach girls how to get it right from the beginning. The problem is, if you start off with bad technique, it is VERY hard to UNLEARN this later on.

You can learn fantastic technique NOW, and find out how your feet work, so that when you go onto pointe, you will get much better, much faster, than girls who try to learn it as they go.

If you are planning on any form of career or continued practice in ballet, this course is an essential part of your ballet training. Whether you are just beginning pointe, or have been en pointe for years, you will learn so much about your body and how it should work by going through this process.

With this course you get to learn what muscles do what, why some people find it easier than others, how to improve your turnout and how to get a great looking pointe!

I wanted to make learning about the body as fun, and as easy, as possible. And now it is even easier than ever! All of the exercises have lots of photos so that you can see exactly how to do them, and with my voice explaining each one, you don¡¦t even have to read the manual!

Though The Perfect Pointe Book is written for young dancers who are just getting started, I have found the information to be a great resource to share with my university dancers. The pre-pointe assessments, descriptions of common problems and suggestions for strengthening exercises are particularly useful. Your emails on a variety of topics are informative and often timely. A student had just asked me about Achilles tendon problems when your email on the subject arrived. It made my job easy to just print it off and hand it to her. The students really liked your video on breaking in pointe shoes. Most said that they had not been taught to do that properly. Thank you for your book, your emails and your informational videos. You are providing a much needed service.

Dear Lisa,

I'm just starting my work on pointe and your tips are helping me a lot. I'm more stable on pointe and more satisfied while I work. Those tips are something that even my teacher didn't know. So thank you. It was really great idea to help people like this.

Kristina

Hey Lisa!

Actually just before I got my first pointe shoes I was working for about a month on the book and I am the only one of 4 others that can actually get fully onto pointe! I'm so proud!!! Your book has really helped me a lot! Thank you for all your help!!! Their shoes look brand new and mine are all broken in and worn a bit! Except I have to stay behind with them because we went on pointe at the same time. This is only the 5th day anyway and it's only a 2 week camp so I guess I'll probably be with the older girls when the fall session starts! My ballet teacher puts me in groups with the older girls in demi-pointe classes. Anyway thank you for all your help! I think that toe swapping helped a lot too! Well I have to go now so I'll keep in touch with you!

Bye, Alyna

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! I love your book Lisa. Your book is a wonderfully written, beautifully illustrated and simple to follow program. What an amazing gift you have to share.

Kind Regards,
Karen (QLD, Australia)

Hi Lisa!

Just a note to thank you for everything you put into writing & marketing your book on pointe work--what a treasure! I found you/it via Deborah Vogel's Dancing Smart newsletter and am so excited to apply your advice and exercises in my pointe classes! I own a small studio in Columbus, Ohio, and ballet is our biggest program, and my personal baby. I am blessed to have a practicing physical therapist as my jazz instructor and assistant director, as well as my best friend, and the knowledge of people like her, you, and Deborah Vogel enable me to keep my promise of safety to my clients.

As for my own pointe training, it was decent, although I feel as if I wasn't really trained in the nitty-gritty how-to's of how to work in those shoes. I was always strong & had great feet, so much of it came naturally to me, but teachers always said, "pull up," or "work thru your feet," and I tried, but didn't really know what that meant. Folks like you teach folks like me exactly what those teacher-ese terms mean and I am a much more effective pointe instructor for it, and my students are better trained than I was. Thank you so much for what you do--it has a ripple effect that is spreading worldwide, even as far as the corn-belt of America!

Very sincerely,
Jennifer C

Lisa

I want to thank you... I watched a few of your videos on YouTube and they were very good and informative, even after 13 yrs of dance. In fact, one of them gave me insight on an old injury, and I am figuring out more correct ways to move!

Best wishes and good luck,
Laura J

The shape of this pyramid will leave you standing astonished. Louvre has the famous art museum, which was built in the early 1790s. The museum is Paris’s largest tourist attraction. Near the mid 1540s, this building was the Regal Palace that marked the fortress for kings and queens of Paris. In the 1700s, this building marked the Grand Museum Gallery of Paris. Throughout the museum, you will enjoy fine arts, fashionable courtyards, and pyramid glass with steel frames, Europe art, French paintings and more. During the night, you want to visit the area if possible to see the Pyramid lit up. The beauty of the lighted building will astound you. Once you are finished, you may visit the fabulous statute Buran at the Regal Paris. If you have the opportunity, go inside the Pyramid. Full Reviews: The Advantages and Disadvantages of Private Label Resell Rights At any given moment in time, there are a number of individuals who are searching the internet in hopes of finding a legitimate money making opportunity. Many of those individuals are at-home parents, others are retired, and some just want to find a better opportunity. If you are interested in making money, in a relatively easy way, you are advised to further examine private label resell rights. It may very well be the opportunity that you have been searching for. Private label resell rights are typically offered by the product’s creator. Although these individuals may have the time and the knowledge needed to create new products, most do not have the time or the knowledge to sell those products. Instead of selling their own products, many rely on others to do the selling for them. When you obtain the resell rights to a private label product, you are buying the rights to resell that product. These products most commonly include software programs and e-books, but they are not limited to just those products. After the transaction has taken place, you will then be responsible for selling the product. In fact, you will make money from each sale that you successfully process. If obtaining the private label resell rights to a particular product sounds like an amazing business opportunity, you may be right. However, with all other business opportunities, it is important to remember one thing; not all opportunities work for everyone. This means that although someone you know may be able to turn a profit buying the resell rights to an e-book or a software program, you may not necessarily be able to. Before investing in a private label product, not matter what that product is, you are encouraged to familiarize yourself with the advantages and disadvantages of private label resell rights. This step is important to determining whether or not this business opportunity can help you make money online. The biggest advantage to private label resell rights is that you get to make money selling a product that you didn’t even create. In some cases, you are even allowed, and maybe even required, to alter the work, but then you can claim it as your own. This means that overnight you literally could become a freelance writer or a software developer. Another advantage to private label resell rights it the flexibility you will have. Each time you sell the product, which you have acquired the resell rights you, you will make money. The amount of money you make will all depend on how many hours you work. These hours could be as much or as little as you want. In fact, many private label resell buyers are able to make money selling their products with only working a few hours a week. While there are advantages to obtaining the resell rights to a private label product, there are disadvantages as well. To make money, you must able to find a product that will sell. Unfortunately, too many resell right buyers do not research a product before buying it. Those individuals usually end up losing money because they purchased a product that was poor in quality or one that couldn’t sell. Of course, this disadvantage doesn’t have to be one. You can learn some great tips on how to find and resell products at www.plrtips.com where you can download a 2 hour free audio course on the subject. All you need to do is research each product before agreeing to purchase it. This research should enable to make money, not lose it. The above mentioned advantages and disadvantage, to buying private label resell rights, are just a few of the many. Despite the fact that there are additional advantages and disadvantages, most people find that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages; thus, making this a profitable business venture.
